Scrum Introduction with Lego Simulation
Attendance at this course will give you a solid foundation to work as part of a Scrum Team
This is a highly interactive course that uses accelerated learning techniques that keep attendees engaged throughout; giving them the best opportunity to really learn and understand the subject matter.
The course is ideal for individuals or project teams that are new to Scrum, those that want to refresh their knowledge or those who want an excellent in-depth understanding of Scrum without needing to attend a Certified Scrum Master course. This course is also suitable for those who are pursuing their Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) status as this course is approved by the Scrum Alliance as meeting objective one of the CSD programme. Attending the course as a full team offers a real opportunity for the entire team to experience and learn Scrum together and creates an excellent foundation for them to move forward.
This course can be run on or off site as a private class that I can run worldwide, and is a great companion to the Team Bootstrap coaching service. Public courses are also available. See the links further down the page.
